Caroline and Michael Hewitt started the podcast Music and Weights in December 2018. Together, they interview singers, actors, teachers, coaches, conductors and and other game changers from the opera and musical theater worlds about their individual journeys in health, wellness, and music. The goal of this undertaking has been to provide educational value to young, likeminded performers.
